What is RTT?
RTT is short for Rapid Transformational Therapy. My mission is to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals through the power of hypnosis. I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their lives, and I am here to support them on their journey.
Imagine a therapy method that combines all the most effective techniques from NLP, CBT, EMDR, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
It is a unique and proven method in that solutions are found within 1-3 sessions.

What is Hypnotherapy?
The subconscious mind is very powerful and it is where we store memories, form beliefs and hold life experiences where they become attached to thoughts, perceptions and feelings. Mostly these are created in our childhood years.
Growing up we create coping mechanisms to keep ourselves safe and develop behaviours that often no longer serve us as adults.
RTT is a great way of getting to the root cause and reason for our issues and then replacing them with new and healthy behaviours!
Clients will often have an Aha moment where they realise that seemingly unrelated events in their early years are at the root of their problems. After that there is no turning back and you are set up for change and success.

My passion:
The reason I decided to train as an RTT therapist is that I feel passionate in helping clients to live a happy and fulfilling life. I know myself how much the past can hold us back. RTT felt like the perfect fit because it deals with the root cause, something which not all therapies are able to do.
Qualifications:
I hold a BA Hons in Person-centred Counselling through Middlesex University and have worked as a psychotherapist since 2016. In 2020 I trained as a Barefoot Coach and qualified as an ICF accredited Life and Business Coach. In 2023 I qualified as an RTT therapist through Marisa Peer. I am therefore able to draw on much experience and different techniques to help my clients with the issues they want to work on.

What is included in an RTT session?
Strategy call - FREE
A consultation/ discovery call is an essential part of the treatment and involves an upto 30 mins Zoom or Whats app video call to discuss what you are looking to achieve and for you to find out more about how it all works.
RTT session (Hypnotherapy session):
We would then set up to meet (normally for upto 2 hours - either face to face in Ealing or online). I will get you to relax deeply and we will go back to the root cause of where the problem is and start the process of changing your negative beliefs into positive and empowering reprogramming.
Bespoke Transformational Recording:
After our session I will create a powerful, bespoke recording for you. Our minds learn by repetition so it is of vital importance that you listen to the recording every day for 21 days (The recording is normally 15-20 mins long) This is in order to reprogramme your subconscious negative patterns with new and empowering thoughts and beliefs..
Think of sports professionals training for a competition; they train every day and repeat every move, jump, kick, many, many times because this is how they embed and wire their minds to perform the best they can. This is no different. By listening to your recording for 21 days you are creating new neural pathways.
Check-ins:
I follow up with you briefly on Day 2 and Day 10 to see how you are feeling and how you are getting on with the recording. I am with you all the way!
Follow up and Coaching Session:
On Day 21 I will check in with you to see how you have progressed and we have a 30 minute call and a look ahead as to whether further steps are needed.
The total price is £150 for 1 session. If a further sessions are needed, this would be at a discounted rate of £130.

During a hypnotherapy session, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. You will always be in control and aware of what is going on.
It's a similar feeling to being on a train and you are looking out of the widow and before you know it you have arrived at your destination. It's very similar to day dreaming.
Yes, virtually anyone can be hypnotized as long as they're willing to be hypnotized and have the cognitive ability to follow instructions.
Hypnotherapy is safe. You enter hypnosis through a deep relaxation technique that takes your mind and body to a calm and relaxed state.
No. You are completely in control and in charge at all times. You cannot be made to do, say, think or accept anything against your will during hypnosis.
Yes. What we discuss is confidential. I am bound by the code of ethics by IACT and adhere to their rules and regulations.
There are 3 types of change from RTT - every person is different.
Immediate:
You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in how you feel and a change in your thoughts and behaviours.
Accumulative:
You see consistent shifts every day or over time.
Retroactive:
You don't notice a shift right away but one day suddenly you look back and recognise how all the things that are different in your life.
